I decided to move my sewing room from a small bedroom to the living room. We have a family room and do not use the living room so I may as well use it. My new Koala QuiltMate Plus IV makes the move even more wonderful. I now have room to have my serger and sewing machine ready to use, and an ironing station all without getting up. I have plenty of room for the outback to be left open and am looking for some baskets to put on the outback shelves. It is so nice to have plenty of room for quilt to rest on while being quilted. I LOVE MY KOALA CABINET!!

Would love to have one of these big sewing cabinets,to boot my serger just died for good. I was borrowing it from my Mom. it was really old. I love how Nancy has her studio fixed up. I have a whole guest room with my sewing stuff but its a mess in buckets because my husbands say’s the cabinets are to expensive.he has no idea how frustrating it is when you cant find any of your sewing stuff. I’ll keep watching an hoping ya’ll will have a give away or a big discount. I would love to move my to are open living room I think I would be sewing all the time,if anything it would all be in a Beautiful cabinet.

I did the same thing with my Dual Plus Koala-it was way to cramped in our guest room. I just love it in my living room which has the dining area off to one side- I use that for my office. It’s the perfect solution. Everything is within a convenient distance and I can use the kitchen butcher block island to gain more cutting space when needed. The windows and light and open views make my living room sewing center the best place to be. And the Koala cabinet looks so beautiful from the front door entrance.
