    I have a suggestion for your cabinets. There is a gap at the back of the cabinet between the back panel and the floor. This is true all the way around due to the wheel raising the cabinet off the floor. But, at the back, this causes the foot pedal to slip under the back and get stuck in the “on” position, causing the machine to keep on sewing without your foot being on the pedal. Yes, this can be mitigated by adding non-slip material under the pedal, but this doesn’t work very well, and sometime doesn’t work at all depending on the floor surface. Or, one could nail a panel to the inside of the back panel, which would work, but seems like it shouldn’t have to be done at all! I’ve seem all kinds of makeshift solutions to this problem! I think if you made the back panel a bit lower in the pedal area the problem would be eliminated. Is this problem something that your design team has looked at or considered addressing?

    I have a kola chair. I purchased 11 years ago. When I purchased the chair, the store called the manufacture about the warranty. They said it would be a lifetime warranty. I like my chair, but the hydraulics has played out. Is there a replacement part for it?

    Recently bought a Bernina q20 table machine. When we looked for the plans to put the table together it was hidden in the drawer with a sheet that told us where the plans were. This sheet could have been helpful on one of the boxes or on one of the pieces of the table.

    Where do I find the instructions on how to adjust the machine platform? I have looked various places online and can’t find anything! I am very frustrated! The cabinet it fine, but I don’t know how to adjust the two screws on the track to make the platform stop with the machine level with the table using the plastic insert. The machine goes down and locks, and comes to the top, but will no longer stay in place with the plastic insert.
    I was told by one of your independent distributors that you had instructions online.

    I purchased a Outback Plus (teak) in May of ’01 at Nancy’s Notions. The plastic that is around the
    platform that holds the sewing machine is breaking off. The Company that I purchased it from, SCS USA of Portland, Or. is no longer in business. Does that mean that my “Koala Cabinets Limited Lifetime Warranty” is no longer any good?

    I just received my Koala cabinet (3 months after I ordered it …). We are missing a part, but the delivery people just shrugged their shoulders. I also got my chair in two boxes, with no instructions on how to put it together (the delivery people said it wasn’t their responsibility to put the chair together). I’m working with my dealer to figure out the missing part (the second swing support for the extended work table – we only got one, there clearly is a spot for the second one and now the table has no support on one side…). I’m very excited to get this, I’m sure I will love it to pieces, but I guess I expected more from the “top shelf delivery” and I still am not sure everything is there – they put it together, the second person bailed out to the truck and the man put his thing in front of me to sign … so I don’t know if I was supposed to test and look for things (there was no checklist to see that everything was there). Just disappointed with the delivery and wondering still if everything I ordered got delivered (they didn’t put the shelving together, either, but that’s ok because I’m not ready for it, I just ordered it because I was told I couldn’t order it after the fact).

    I am looking for information for a friend. His wife’s Koala stowaway cabinet needs repair. One top leaf which opens over the machine has the veneer come completely off. How is this repaired and what kind of glue would reattach it? Also, the trim around the machine platform has cracked in several places. can this be replaced? Also one of the handles on the drawers has broken (the loop to lift and pull is detached and won’t stay in), can this be replaced.     I purchased a Koala Cabinet in 2012, and can’t express my disappointment in it. The veneer (laminate) is peeling off all of the shelves, the top, and is starting to peel off the drawers. The cam locks that hold the swing out tops keeps coming loose, and has actually fallen off. The dealer I purchased this cabinet from is “out of business.”

    I called the customer service department, and they have yet to get back to me. So here I sit with warranty in hand, and a 2,700.00 plus cabinet that is falling apart before my eyes. To date I have not heard from customer service.

    At this point it would be hard for me to recommend Koala.

    I accidentally got too close to the edge of the outback extension when pressing with steam, and it is buckling and coming off the edge. I know this isn’t a warranty issue, but after reading the process used to apply it in the first place, how do I go about replacing it? Can I order the edge piece from you and have it reapplied by a local business? It certainly isn’t worth it to ship it to you for repair. Would it hold if I glued it on? I can live with it, but I’d like to keep it “new” looking! Thank you.

    I have a brand new Koala Cub cabinet. Why won’t my lift work? Shouldn’t I have to plug it in? And if so, where is the cord with a plug? Turning the I/O toggle switch doesn’t help. It also does not light up, as videos tell me it’s supposed to.

    I just received my Slimline Artisan cabinets. It arrived my home at 8:00PM. The delivery men were courteous but rushing since it was so late. There is side assembly for the embroidery unit that needs to be installed. They said;” it does not require assembly, the unit just lays there”. Well it does require assembly an assembly with precision. I sew, I do not assemble furniture. I purchase Koala, because I trust the brand and know is top of the line, built in the USA. But I’m very unhappy that is not assembled completely. The video on your site about the delivery made me feel it was worth the $350.00 charge. The video only showed the side top panels are easy to assemble by the customer, but not the side unit. Like I said it requires precision. I would appreciate a call and a resolution to this situation. I’m so upset I fell like returning the cabinet.

    My wife recently ordered and received a Sew Mate Plus IV with the OutBack Leaf Extension, XL Lift and XL Custom Cut Matching Wood Insert. The design and build quality of the cabinet is fantastic. However, we are extremely disappointed with the custom cut machine insert. The insert is made of material that is only 1/4 inch thick. This is not the sewing machine insert depicted in the Treasure Chest Plus IV / Sew Mate Plus IV videos on the website. When the insert is installed, it does not sit flush with or sit rigidly in the tabletop cutout. A little pressure causes the insert to react like a springboard. Based on the videos and the $199 cost, we expected the insert to be constructed more like the solid table top insert that comes with the cabinet. Given the quality of the cabinet overall, I expected the machine insert to be designed and built to fill the cutout and sit perfectly flush with the rest of the table without flexing. Consider that for $199, we received the entire Outback Leaf Extension (and support standards) made with 3/4 inch material. For this additional $199, we received a 1/4″ thick flimsy board which is more suitable as a template for building a more practical insert than for actual use as an insert. I suspect Koala’s acrylic insert would be even be more flexible. We don’t think a $199 insert, intended to make the sewing surface level/flush around the machine, should need to be shimmed and blocked in order to be usable when brand new. I will reiterate that the online videos do show an insert constructed to something closer to the dimensions of the solid table top insert, which is what is to be expected given the quality of the fabrication of the rest of the sewing cabinet.

    My wife purchased a Bernina Q20 on November 3, 2016 with a Koala Studio table. On December 1, 2016 the table and machine arrived after being told it would be here in two weeks not four.
    On December 2, 2016, two techs from the store came to assemble the table. It was discovered that one leg was broken and would need to be replaced. We were told that the replacement leg would arrive in mid-December 2016.
    Well it is now February 2017 and NO leg.
    The store keeps telling us that Koala is NOT responding to their request for a replacement leg.

    Teresa is Koala representative that is handling this issue.
    Also, my wife was told that Koala was having trouble matching the table color and now you have new software, so send me a new table if you can’t match the color.

    We see Koala = NO SERVICE

    I have an older machine lift in my Treasure Chest IV. It’s powered and has a pulley system. One of the plastic guides that keeps the assembly in the side track got lost. I contacted Customer Service at 877-496-8060, and was flat out told they don’t sell parts. The person I talked to added that my lift was an old style and came from Australia. Are these very expensive cabinets expected to be disposed of after a number of years?

    Hi Lane! Thanks for reaching out. Depending on when and where your Treasure Chest Plus IV was made determines if we can supply a replacement part for your Studio. If your studio is powered by an electric motor and made in the US, we can order a replacement part. However, if your studio was made prior to 2009 you have an older model that was made in factory in Australia. This factory no longer exists, but a factory in China imports similar cabinets to the United States.     My Koala Studios Sewcomfort Chair is defective. The piston rolls around on the base with no stability. The flimsy plastic nail cover doesn’t work. It seems poorly designed. Is there a replacement part, or should I just return the chair?

    On line owner’s manual would be very helpful. I didn’t receive one with cabinet or the pieces that were missed in the original order and just came in yesterday. Also did not receive the hardware for the outback or door shelves. I love my cabinet and everyone has been very nice, the devil is in the details.

    i purchased Outback koala model some years ago was very happy with it until recently the cabinet platform does not stay a little below the surface for the sewing machine to stay flush with the cabinet platform. It comes up all the way and the machine way higher than the cabinet platform and is very uncomfortable to operate the machine.
    Please advise how I can fix the problem.

    A few years ago I ordered three cub cabinets, which I love. I recently ordered an insert for one of them and am having trouble locating exactly how much was charged to my credit card. I may be overlooking the amount, but even after several scans of my statements, I can’t find it. When I received the insert, the packing slip only indicated the amount charged for shipping. The retailer was supposed to email me the amount charged to my card, but they never did. I’m including some information from my packing slip in the hopes that you will be able to find out the information I’d like to have.

    Customer stopped by the shop today. Saturday 21st Oct 1pm.
    She raised her sewing lift to use the machine for embroidery. Artisan Studio cabinet.
    Now the lift will not go back down.
    I had this problem on a QuiltMateIV Plus a few years back, but the Artisan has no exposed access to the limit switch.
    How do I fix this one. The cabinet is at the customer’s home.

    Push lightly on both sides of the shelf that lifts and it will pop up. It may take a couple of times to get it to release. Good luck.

    I bought a Koala QuiltPro Plus IV and am happy with the quality of the piece…with one exception. I purchased two of the Thread Treasure chests to fill the openings on both sides of the unit. I love the ease of the full extension drawers on the cabinet and expected the thread chests to work well. They do not. The entire 3-drawer piece slides all around the opening as I try to pull open a drawer. I put down some grip material to help prevent that, but the drawers are so difficult to open it doesn’t solve the problem. In order to open a drawer I must use both hands…one to hold the unit and one to pull the drawer and frequently the drawer I am pulling “grabs” another drawer in the process and I am struggling with two drawers at once. Even the grip fabric can’t prevent a shift on the unit when this happens. As a result, I have not used them for thread. In fact, I do not use them at all.

    My question to you…is it possible to order full extension drawers to fit these openings? They would be far more useful than an open shelf or a thread unit I struggle to open all the time.

    I have used the room planner to try and plan for a place for a sewing table. I am getting the Destiny II sewing machine. I like the new slimline series, but I won’t be able to fully extend to the 108″ of the table. I only have 82-83″ that I can use. Can one of the extension be left off?

    I Purchased a Koala Pro Plus IV in Canadian Maple in 2010 and have absolutely loved it. Everything has worked perfectly and looked as good as the day I purchased it. That is until we moved from Alaska to Nevada. I was devastated to discover that the extreme heat caused many of the edges on the cabinet to roll up. Is there a way to repair it or purchase a replacement top? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated as the whole studio has served me extremely well over the years. Thank you.

    I have a small room for my quilt piecing. 10×11 with a window in the corner. I currently have the corner and left side of a sectional desk. I have my machine on the corner so that I have the natural light, deeper table top and save some space in my room. I put a work table to the right, on risers, for my cutting. I would love to have a corner table that would lift and lower my BabyLock Unity machine but there is nothing with a corner unit. Are there any plans for some corner units.

    I have a Koala Sewing Chair that I purchased at the Road to California Quilt Show a few years ago. The seat of the chair tilts forward and I slide off the seat. My husband has tried to remedy this problem but with no success. Why does the chair tilt forward? I cannot use it at the highest level because I slide off the chair. I cannot use it lower because I cannot sit with my back against the chair without sliding forward. I am ready to throw this chair away. Any suggestions?

    HI! I purchased the Artisan Studio cabinet. I love it! I use it all the time. This is my 2nd Koala cabinet. The first one purchased in 2002. However, I have a little problem. There are several scratches on my cabinet top. It is a working unit & I use it. I try to be careful but it seems that the top scratches all too easily. I inspected my other koala cabinet and it does not have anywhere near the scratches on it as this one does and I used the heck out that thing. I have only owned this cabinet for a year or so. What can I do to remove them?

    Hi, I just purchased the Koala Treasure Chest floor model at my LQS. My question is, what is the standard that comes with it, I don’t believe it was completely put together because of space. I cannot to find the standard Treasure Chest online. In the broachure it’s shows, right and left pallets attached to the doors and storage compartment with adjustable shelves. Are these part of the standard Treasure Chest.

    I purchased a Design Center Plus IV in 2011 and have absolutely loved it! However, today we put the doors in to a covered vehicle to move them and apparently the warmer temps have caused the laminate to peel up and loosen on all of the edges of the doors and shelves.     We put together my Tiara Studio table and wanted to make you aware of two of the issues we encountered. First, not enough wooden pegs were included for the installation. We were able to pick some up at the hardware store.

    Second, one side of the table fit perfectly into the legs, but the other side was a problem since the peg holes on top of the table were not in alignment with the legs. So we eliminated the pegs from both sides and just used the cam lock pins.

    The table is together and seems to be stable.

    My wife purchased an older model Koala studio. I have been unable to locate what model anywhere. It does not have an electric lift. You simply press firmly on the lift to raise and lower. The lift has detached from the rails and I’ve been unable to get it back on track. Any assistance would be appreciated.

    Two questions:
    1) I have a couple of broken casters on my table. I would like to replace them all with casters that are more heavy duty. What is the size of the screw-in stem? (1/4″, 3/8″, or something else);
    2) I currently have a Babylock Destiny but will soon be getting a Solaris. Are there any plans in the works to provide a replacement for the embroidery arm drawer that will allow for storage of the larger Solaris arm. If not, I love the idea posed by Eva Yong regarding a separate storage cabinet with room for embroidery arm storage.

    I am looking for the smallest cabinet to fit the Babylock Destiny 2. I do not need extra storage for the embroidery unit or hoops as I already for a cabinet for such items.     My girlfriend bought a Koala Sewing center at Zede’s Sewing Studio in Columbia Missouri. The shop is now out of business. The edge veneer on one of the drawers is curling up on all four sides.     The power lift on my cabinet is not working. I have replaced the battery in the remote. When you push the buttons on the remote red lights come one. It does not work from the manual control either. It is in the highest position. I will be moving soon and it needs to be lowered.

    Also, how does a new insert work? Do you have to remove the top? I have a Destiny. When I purchased my cabinet I had an older Brother.

    My husband and I purchased a Koala Dualmate Plus IV June 21, 2018. It was purchased through Sierra Sewing Center at a quilt show held at the Reno Convention Center. Gladys Tan was the Koala representative at the show. I was looking for a cabinet for my Janome Horizon 15000. When I saw the Dualmate Plus IV I was impressed since the rep. said it would hold my Janome and my serger, and I’d be able to store my embroidery hoops in the cabinet, too. The product was delivered September 20th.

    I have not been thrilled with this purchase since it was delivered. It is basically a very large furniture piece that holds my machines. I had asked Gladys if the space between the footwells could be used to store my hoops. Gladys assured me this could be done and wrote it out on the order form. At NO TIME did Gladys tell me I would need a taller cabinet than the one I was looking at. That would not have been a problem. (The hoops for my sewing/embroidery machine are much larger than any Baby Lock hoops.)

    When my initial inserts arrived (lucite inserts) the insert for the sewing machine did not fit my cabinet with the Janome in place. Eventually the cabinet matching inserts arrived and they fit around my machines. However, neither insert is worth the $99.99 I paid for the large insert and the $74.50 I paid for the serger insert, and the $198.99 I paid for the embroidery hoop set up is not right since the cabinet does not accommodate my hoops at all.

    Please let me know how these items can be returned and a refund of the $373.47 for these items will be processed.

    I purchased an Ash white Artisan collection cabinet on 9/5/18 from Lakeshore Sewing, Wyoming MI. I have a Pfaff Creative Sensation Pro sewing machine. How is it 6 MONTHS LATER. I am STILL waiting for my matching wood insert that I paid 199.00 for????
    I always thought Koala cabinets would have top of the line customer service? THAT HAS NOT BEEN MY EXPERIENCE, and no one can tell me when I will get it. I spent 4,000.00 plus for this cabinet and would like my matching insert. I was sent an Acrylic Sew Steady insert until I can get the one I ordered, but no knows when that will be?
    I am beyond upset and would like an answer!

    The caster wheels on my Koala cabinet are bound up with hair and thread. I have pulled out as much as I can with tweezers, but there is still some caught up in the axle. Some of the wheels do not move freely.

    How do I take the casters apart?

    I purchased a Koala cabinet 14 yrs ago (I don’t think you make this anymore) it is the Quiltmate 111 serial number 608110 it has 2 slide drawers on the left side my problem is that one of the little screws that holds the “slider” to the drawer broke or came loose and got lost (they are soo small) I would like to see about a replacement screw? I have checked all hardware store and they do not carry anything that small.

    I have a Koala (I think) Quilters Delight cabinet. It has the number 432514 on a plate on the inside of the cabinet. Can you confirm that this is a Koala cabinet and if so how or whereI can get a insert for the cabinet to fit a Bernina 1030 sewing machine. Thanks in advance

    10/17/2014 purchased Koala sew mate #70050099 from Quilters Stash, Hurst, Tx, all paperwork unfortunately has been lost, I have found two pieces 6 3/4 x 9 3/4, beveled top, 4 holes on back, non screw holes, I have absolutely no idea what they are for????? pls help?

    3/4/2019 I purchased an Artisan Studio w/XL Lift in English White Ash Koala Sewing Cabinet on July 21/2018. After a number of concerned calls, I finally received delivery of the Cabinet on December 28, 2018 – 5 months later! The cabinet is lovely but although a “Koala White Ash Custom Cut Wood Machine Insert” was ordered, it did not arrive with the Cabinet. I called your customer support number and eventually spoke with “Emily” – several times – who on January 21, 2019 assured me that the wood insert would be arriving at my home between February 8 and February 13, 2019. I have not received the insert. I have called and left messages for “Emily” twice with no return call. I called once again this morning and found that my wood insert (Order #388912) has not even been shipped! I left a message again for Emily.
    Erika, could you please look into this for me? I have been very patient but this is ridiculous – 8 months to receive a complete order that was suppose to take 3 months at most. All I want is the insert. Can someone please do something to help me with this situation?

    After three months of anticipation, I have to say that I’m greatly disappointed in the quality of my studio. I’m working with the store that I purchased it through but wanted to express my frustration directly. Not only was the Outback leaf I ordered not included, the lift worked long enough to lower my machine then quit. It does not respond to either the remote or the toggle switch. The configuration of the embroidery arm drawer is off so that I have to tilt the arm in order to close the drawer fully. The fittings on the underside of the notions and fabric tables are too small for the hardware provided so I can’t use those either. I took them in to the dealer and the hardware provided is the same as they use. Finally, my studio was delivered a week ago but I have yet to hear anything about the two machine inserts that I ordered. The store informed me that those are delivered separately but as I’ve said, I’ve received no word on when I can expect those. I suppose those aren’t of much use unless/until the lift is working but I’d like to think that can be resolved soon.

    Been waiting 4 months for my White Ash serger station for my Babylock serger. Every time I call the store I get well the factory moved, it has been cold, we don’t now, it will be here by end of January oh no shipping for sure February 8 will be received by you for Valentines Day. Oh now still too cold so production off, by end of February. End of February comes now still too cold production behind by mid March. Here we are mid March 4 months to the day that I paid the dealer and now again get told end of March. What is your suggestion now? Who do I contact for a direct answer? Or is it too cold to answer the phone too.

    I purchased the TreasureChest studio with electric glide lift. I have another koala table that I have had for 10+ years and have been extremely happy with it. I cannot say the same for the TreasureChest. The ledge that goes on the attached doors are not very stable, to say the least – one fell within the first week I had the studio. I just picked up the shelves for the doors and the way they attach is extremely weak, one of the prongs has already fallen out. Considering the cost, I would have thought this studio would have been equal to the workmanship of the original one I purchased 10 years ago.

    I am starting to question my decision to purchase this product! I purchased in November, 2018 at Houston Quilt Show. I was told it would be shipped by Feb 15, 2019. In December, 2018 I received a call from Koala saying it would ship mid January. Great! And a nice surprise. Mid-January comes and goes so I call to check on it. I am told it will now ship mid-February. Ok. That was the original ship date anyway. Mid February comes and goes so I call again. The lady calls me back and says it will ship mid-March. Mid-march arrives and still no word, so I call again to check on it. The lady calls me back and says it will ship that Friday and by the following Friday I should hear from the shipping company to make arrangements for delivery. Yayyy! I start cleaning my sewing room up and moving furniture out in preparation for my delivery in a few days. 2 days before my cabinet is supposed to arrive I receive an email saying there is a problem with my order and it will be delayed and to complete a form for the best way to contact me to discuss it. Really? You guys have called me and emailed me. First, I shouldn’t have to fill out a form on how to contact you when I have been calling you for literally, months. Second, what happened in 5 days from “your cabinet has shipped and should arrive by next Friday” to “There is a problem with your order and it hasn’t shipped”? I called to find out what in the world is going on? I get the same lady I have been talking to since January. Now she has an attitude. “I don’t even know who you are?” and “I don’t know what happened. I have been out sick.” I JUST SPOKE TO HER 5 days earlier when she told me my cabinet was shipping the very next day, but okay. I asked to speak to her supervisor. She says “Ok. Let me see if she is in.” Surprise, surprise, she had “just left for the day”. I ask for a voicemail and a direct number to her and suddenly she is able to transfer me and her supervisor answers. Wow. She has no answer either, other than my cabinet has still not shipped and they are backed up in production. How do you tell me my cabinet is finished and is shipping, then 5 days later tell me it isn’t even made yet? So, my cabinet that was supposed to ship in 3 months is quickly approaching 5 months. Guess I will move all my old furniture back in my sewing room and continue to wait. So frustrating. Again, starting to question my decision to purchase this. I have special ordered a vehicle and got it faster than this sewing table!

    I am super frustrated and upset. I feel like I was lied to. I waited 4 months to get my studio. Was told it would be assembled by delivery company. NOT! I am missing the back leaf, the foot pedestal – The large bottom drawer does not fit (it scrapes the sides and interferes with the operation of the middle drawer. The doors are not installed – and there are no directions on how to do it – only on how to remove and align. I’ve called the company and complained, and I get no feedback on what is happening.. When will someone be out to fix the drawer and put the doors on?
    I don’t want to be negative, but this just isn’t fair – to be told one thing and have something totally opposite happen.

    Still waiting for answers . . . . .

    What is the difference between the Koala Craft Pro Plus IV and the Artisan Storage Center? Is the Craft Pro Plus IV still made? Are the finishes the same as the Artisan Series so I can mix the two?

    I see my previous comment has been removed about how incredibly long it has taken for me to get the table I ordered back in November shipped. Now that it has finally shipped (surprisingly, not long after I made the post) the delivery company can’t seem to locate my house that is literally 5 miles from a major interstate. Granted, the lack of common sense on the part of the driver is not your fault, however your company chose this particular shipping company and, unfortunately their lack of professionalism and customer service is a reflection on you. The driver was literally, 200 yards from my house. Took a wrong turn and decided to turn around and go home rather than call me. It will now be another two weeks with my table sitting in some warehouse before they can deliver to me again. Frustrating beyond belief.

    I am in the same boat. 8 months in and I still have no insert. I have been promised the insert approximately every 2-4 weeks since December, with the last promise being that it would ship April 1. Make no mistake, this is fraud. They have had our money for months with no intention of sending the product. They do not answer the phone or return calls. I have already involved the quilt shop where I purchased the cabinet. This did not help, but I am certainly going to talk to them about discontinuing their relationship with Koala. If you look through all the responses to the FAQ’s they all say call customer service but they know perfectly well that no one is answering that phone nor returning calls.

    I bought and paid for a Bernina Studio in August 16, 2018. I was told 6-8 weeks for the cabinet to be built and delivered. This was an expensive purchase for me at over $4,000. Emily called and went over the order on September 10, 2018. Delivery set for the first week on November. I heard nothing the first week of November and called to be told the materials were on backorder. Delivery promised November 12-19. December 10 no cabinet or communication I asked for a refund and magically shipping was promised for December 14, 2018. The cabinet shipped and the local delivery was scheduled for Christmas Eve. The cabinet arrived but the Outback leaf was not on the cabinet as ordered, the wood insert didn’t fit my machine and the lift did not work and the second machine insert was missing . I called on December 26 to be told the engineering dept would look into the insert fit issue and the second insert would be shipped on December 28 and that I must be mistaken the Outback leaf wasn’t on my order. Luckily I had the original order sheet from the dealer. Emily then said it was an order entry issue on their part and they would get it right out. It’s mid April, 8 months later and still missing the gate legs to support the leaf, which arrived in January with no instructions or legs. Those arrived in February but in the wrong color and no hardware. After receiving 7 assorted wood inserts for various machines that I don’t have I requested acrylic inserts and those finally arrived from Sew Steady in April. I was told to throw those wrong inserts in the garbage. I called yesterday and was told Thursday they are making replacement parts and my parts will ship on Friday. This is the most ridiculous company I’ve ever dealt with. The dealer has tried without success to help. Maybe we should band together and file a class action lawsuit to recover our damages. I’ve been promised and promised what I paid for and still don’t have it. Don’t buy anything from Koala or Tacony they lie and don’t deliver. Funny that every response here is to call the customer service number but no one at that number has anything but excuses and “it’s on the way” lies. I believe there is a serious problem with this company.
