This is really a dream room! Alas I can only dream of having one like it. But hey dreaming is also good.

I own the Koala Out Back Plus sewing cabinet. I now need the Out Back Shelf unit. Where can I purchase this? I would also like a copy of the Koala catalogue.

This is really beautiful and I think the workflow is very well thought out. Lovely furniture and so useful to those of us who love to sew. Thanks Koala for your insightfulness……I want!!!

This must be what paradise looks like!
You do need though, few bolts of fabric and on going projects lying around.
It just looks too tidy and bare to look like a real sewing studio but
The furnishing is too spot on.
    Lucky you!

    Hello
Ive never seen such storage kola furniture here in Holland
    Waaoooh that’s really great!!!!!
Why are these kind of easy work a rounds not for sale
    All overthe world?
I would say:cross over to Europe ( holland, zoetermeer hihi)
And let the people here see this furniture.
To win such furniture is often not possible because it s over sea transport.
But i m a fan off it and i will keep dreaming, but if shipping
The kola furniture is possible then : yes i would win this furniture
And i will show the furniture here on holland to
    The quiltsters.
    Greeting from Holland , Zoetermeer

OMG !!!!! What a dream. Closest I can get to that is the fact that I own a Babylock Ellegante’ 2 machine. I love it. I purchased that in 2008 right before I was laid off from my job in 2009. I was then 62 and was forced into an early retirement. The closest I could ever possibly come to a Koala Studio is looking at your wonderful pictures and enabling me to dream the dream. I thank you for sharing these beautiful pictures.

How beautiful, and all of that wonderful flat space to work on!! It is definately love at first sight.
I now have a space to call my studio, would love to fill it with Koala furniture. I will keep dreaming and who knows what my fairy godmother might bring!

What a wonderful room. The size of the room looks about the same size as my living room, 15×22. It would be wonderful to have a sewing room that size. I am lucky enough to have a 12×15 room, bedroom converted to sewing only now. So I do have a nice size room but no wonderful Koala cabinets. Oh well, I have more than many have so I am happy with my sewing room. But your room is beautiful and thanks for sharing it with us.

You have a beautiful studio, but where is your storage space? I have a dedicated 13 x 22 room for my studio. Storage is my biggest issue. I have four 4 ft x 2 ft rolling industrial shelf units with plastic bins for all of my fabric, craft and painting supplies. Then I have three floor to ceiling book cases for books, folded fabric current projects, and smaller supplies. I do have a 30 inch stationary long arm machine in a 4 x 6 industrial table, and two sewing machines and a serger set up at all times. With all the storage units and 3 big windows I don’t have any wall space to hang anything on the wall. by the time I get my folding cutting table set up in the middle of the room there just isn’t much area left, and things are getting pretty crowded. I would love to see some taller cabinet space. my room isn’t big enough to have everything short, I need to go up to get enough storage space. maybe some deep tall cabinets will sturdy pull out shelves or drawers. everything I have found with drawers isn’t sturdy enough for the weight of fabric. But what you have is really beautiful, just would like to see some good storage for those of us with multiple hobbies.

I am impressed!! But, from what I see of Koala sewing cabinets at my local quilt store (lucky to have a local store that sells them as well as Baby Lock and Bernina machines), I am not surprised to see such a wonderful display and organizational genius by Koala!
I have a Baby Lock Ellageo Plus and love it. My goal (savings dedicated to Koala studio furniture) is to have a Koala sewing cabinet and the Tiara II quilting machine in a Koala cabinet.
This will take me a year or so but, husband being duly informed, it will happen! My dining room is now converted; living room makes a perfect dining room!
Your studio is every quilter’s perfect dream!
    Thank you,
    Caroline Howard,
Happy but frustrated quilter (work does get in the way) although I have two more years to retirement; then the needles will fly!
